DESCRIPTION:THE BEAUFORT WALK FOR WATER is scheduled for Saturday\, September 21. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of the global water crisis\, and help build self-sustaining village water purification units. The walk is symbolic of the approximate 3 mile trek that 2 billion people must make to obtain water (often unsafe water.) The walk will take place at the Live Oaks Park behind the Port Royal Elementary School. Registration begins at 8:00 am and walk begins at 9:00 am. DESCRIPTION:Early Worship Service starts at 8:30 am\nRegular Worship Service starts at 10:30 am\nJoin us as we celebrate the resurrection! At daybreak on Easter morning\, we discover that the tomb is empty. “He is not here; he has risen\, just as he said.” Our mourning is transformed into joy\, and we worship with jubilation. The promise of the resurrection is our great hope\, as we celebrate our new life and eternal life through the Living Christ.

SUMMARY:Palm Sunday
DESCRIPTION:Services at 8:30 and 10:30\nJoin us for worship as we commemorate Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem the week leading to his crucifixion. The Bible tells us that great crowds came to greet him\, laying their coats and palm branches on the road before him as they hailed him\, “King of Israel.” While the mood is celebratory at the beginning of worship this Sunday\, there is a noticeable shift as the Church begins to foreshadow the events that will lead to Jesus’ arrest and execution in a few short days’ time.
