The 8:30 and 10:30 am worship services will feature a 500th anniversary celebration of the Reformation as we recognize the work of such people as Martin Luther and John Calvin. In addition to a guest Bagpiper in full Tartan dress, the Rev. Dr. Andrew Purves from Edinburgh, Scotland and Professor Emeritus of Historical Theology, Pittsburg Seminary, will deliver the morning sermon as both services. Men of the Church are providing a Lowcountry Boil along with steamed oysters following the second service at which a special toast will be made in honor of the reformers who have gone before remembering we are the church reformed, always reforming. Guests, Visitors and Spiritual Pilgrims are invited for the celebration of this special day.
