March 30, 2024

Friends,

Greetings. We can be proud of our children and youth as they decorated the Fellowship Hall Wednesday afternoon, set the tables, and provided colorful floral arrangements and the food for a Seder Meal as they also led us through a liturgy remembering the Passover and the Last Supper led by Jesus in the Upper Room. +

Easter Day Services, 8:30 & 10:30 am

Easter will be filled with special readings, glorious music, and joyful praise as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The empty tomb speaks to the power of God and the fulfillment of an ancient promise that God would swallow up death and wipe away our tears. He is Risen! He is Risen indeed!

Easter Egg Hunt, 11:30 am

Young children of the church are invited to bring their Easter baskets for a special reading of the Easter Story and the annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard around the Celtic Cross. And Jesus said, “Let the children come to me for such is the kingdom of God.”

May the Lord bless and keep you as we ponder the words of Isaiah and “wait” for Easter morning, “This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation.” +
