Graduating Class of Beaufort Academy
Thursday, 4:00 pm, In the Sanctuary
We are delighted to host this year’s graduating class from Beaufort Academy in a baccalaureate ceremony this coming Thursday in our Sanctuary. In recent years several of our local schools have made the decision to reinstate this timely ceremony with the graduating classes from Beaufort Academy and Beaufort High School gathering on our church campus. It is a time for our graduates to give thanks to God for their academic achievements and prepare for what is yet to come. May the Lord bless and keep our graduates as they prepare to embrace the future.
High School and College Graduates
Parents: It’s that time of year to honor our young people as they complete an important milestone. Please email Kay Keeler at kaykeeler52@gmail.com or text at 843.812.4206 with the names of 2025 high school and college graduates. We wish to recognize and honor their accomplishment. +
Summer Picnic
Barbecue Meal, Water Slide & Scottish Games
Sunday, June 1
This will be a big day as we enjoy the delicious barbecue provided by the award-winning team of Chip Dinkins, Will Donovan, Chris Jones and Patrick Mitchell. Following our meal a giant water slide will be available for our children while adults and youth will be invited to participate in a Sea Island version of the Scottish Games on the front lawn. Events will include a “Tug-of-War,” a Heavy Stone Toss, a Keg Toss, and several Relays. Steve Keeler and Richard Norris are planning to wear their kilts. Others, if so equipped, are invited to wear their Scottish apparel, too. Let the games begin!
