Friends and Neighbors,
The purpose of this announcement is to share a little information about faith formation on Sunday mornings in addition to sharing the week’s schedule. There are two adult small groups meeting Sunday mornings beginning at 9:30 am. Both address how the Christian faith responds to a number of critical issues related to modern life.
The adult group meeting in Room 208 will be looking at the Belhar Confession of Faith while the adult group meeting in Room 206 is studying the Confession of 1967. Using the Bible and the respective Confessions of Faith, participants will find the study and conversation engaging. Group settings for children and youth are available in the Christian education wing. The Nursery is open for child-care. We prayerfully hope that each group will learn and grow.
Regarding the church schedule, we are beginning to pick up speed . . .

Looking to the weekend and week to follow, may God our Maker bless us and wrap us in his love and tenderness; may Jesus our brother bless us and ask us the questions that lead us to do what is right; may the Holy Spirit bless us and fill our lives with her courage and wisdom. May we live bravely in the love of the Trinity all our nights and days. Amen. + (Iona Abbey Worship Book)
